Abstract
The presented study is devoted to the rationale for the development of tools for the accumulation of moisture in the soil. Based on experimental studies, the paper presented the relationship between the quality of mail processing and the design and technological features of the tool, which makes it possible to ensure the accumulation of moisture in the soil. In the study, the authors developed an appropriate tool, presented its rationale and possibilities for use. At the end of the study, conclusions were drawn.
