Abstract

Literature bridges cultures, unveiling traditions and customs across the globe. The novels of Orhan Pamuk, a prominent Turkish author, transcend linguistic barriers, offering insights into Turkish literature. Pamuk, renowned for his mastery of the novel genre, is among many accomplished Turkish novelists like Reshat Nuri Guntekin, Khalid Oedipus Adyvar, Aka Gunduz, Peyami Safa, Yashar Kemal, Orhan Kemal, Tarik Bugra, and Adalet Agaolu. Post-1980s writers like Ahmet Altan, Ahmet Yurdakul, Latif Tekin, and Nobel laureate Orkhon Pamuk have further enriched Turkish literature.
