Abstract

The analysis of concepts and expectations of employers concerning level of professional competence, personal characteristics and moral attitudes of younger medical specialists was implemented. The main attention was paid to specifics of interaction between younger specialists and employers in conditions of modern labor market. The observed imbalance of demand and offer at sectoral labor market is, in particular, related to discrepancy of requirements of employers and expectations of applicants, poor channels of communication between employers and potential workers, inadequate level of interaction between universities and labor market. The expectations of younger specialists concerning future place of work is mainly related to notions about priority of availability of "good" diploma whereas employers are most of all interested in professional working experience an practical professional skills.
