Abstract
This article contains a statement by Henry Graeser, AWWA President, and Superintendent of Water Works, Dallas, Texas, on the National Water Policy of AWWA, presented September 7, 1967, at the National Conference of State and Federal Water Officials, Denver, Colorado. The policy describes in some detail the role of the federal government, states, and the local governing bodies in water resources development.
