Abstract

This article examines the relationship between the organization and activities of notaries and judges, as well as current ways of developing the interaction of these subjects. It is indicated that notaries share the competence of the court in matters of providing evidence during the interrogation of witnesses and examination of written and material evidence. The author analyzes the procedure for providing evidence by a notary and offers practical recommendations for improving this institution.
