Abstract
Objective To research the health education value of healthy faith pattern in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD).Methods A total of 88 patients with PD were randomly divided into intervention group (44 cases) and control group (44 cases) with block pair method, the control group was given conventional nursing, the intervention group was utilized the healthy faith pattern in the conventional nursing foundation to carry on the health education, and given survey form which independently designed, the patients'indexed including the knowing rate of medicine understanding, self-anticipation, the treatment compliance were compared by questionnaire survey's way. Results Compared with control group, the intervention group's scores in the knowing rate of medicine understanding, the medicine understanding,the potency anticipated were significantly lower, there were statistically signicant difference ( P ＜ 0. 01 or P ＜ 0. 05) . Conclusions Health education to PD patients by healthy faith pattern is effective measure to enhance the treatment compliance.
