Abstract
Summary A type of sump suction, modified for use in plastic surgery, is described, along with a few illustrated examples. It is felt that this method holds some advantages over pre-existing ones, although no originality is claimed for it. Our results with this method have been sufficiently encouraging to warrant its more widespread use both in plastic surgery and allied specialities.
