Abstract
This article discusses the development of new technologies that can increase productivity, reduce production costs and improve product quality. Much attention is paid to the problems of choice, and the use of equipment, because the lack of advanced technology hinders the production of agricultural products, not allowing it to fully break into the world arena. In the article the author reveals the need to find new innovative approaches to the organization of work processes and resource consumption, a new progressive approach to the process of automation of agriculture, which in turn will bring the industry out of stagnation and get the most out of the fertility of our soils.

Summary
Вопросы применения современных технологий в сельском хозяйстве остаются малоизученными. К примеру, по поисковому запросу «применение современных технологий в сельском хозяйстве» на портале eLIBRARY.ru за 2007—2018 гг. С. 585—597 можно отобрать ряд публикаций: научные работы А.Г. Среди перечисленных исследований особого внимания заслуживают работы А.Г. Аганбегяна (Аганбегян, 2017), который отмечает актуальность и преимущества применения мобильных технологических подходов в сельском хозяйстве, позволяющих вести агропроизводство, ориентированное на экономию ресурсов, получение запрограммированных урожаев; А.Д. Гладцына (Гладцын, 2016), проанализировавших состояние сельскохозяйственного машиностроения и оценивших дальнейшее развитие в условиях импортозамещения, и др.
