Abstract

The relevance of the research topic is that the development of creative technologies of the national and world tourism industry in the conditions of COVID-19 is the development of Internet economy, e-economy, Internet tourism based on digital technologies related to digital information management processes. computer technologies, representing a set of digital methods and programs. The purpose and formation of the purposes of the article (task statement): theoretical and practical aspects of research of development of creative digital technologies in the conditions of COVID-19. Objectives of the study: 1) to analyze the forms of creative technologies of the national and world tourism industry in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic; 2) to find out the development of blockchain technologies and technological startups in the field of tourism; 3) to identify trends in the digitalization of travel services through online services and applications; 4) to show the implementation of the customization process in the system of providing tourist services to consumers; 5) to reveal new travel forecasts of the tourism industry for 2021 in the conditions of COVID-19. Research methodology. The analysis of the development of national and world tourism industry creative technologies in the conditions of COVID-19 is based on the method of system analysis and synthesis, which is based on clarification, streamlining, structuring of creative technologies of the national and world tourism industry and it is proclaimed a tool that provides a scientific approach to the optimal solution of COVID-19 problems. An important role is played by the anthropological method, which is based on such principles as: the permanence of biological, social, intelligent (spiritual) being, aimed at maintaining human health; universality of man, the unity of the human race, regardless of ethnic, social, geographical and other differences. The substantial (ontological) method involves identifying the basis of the world, the relationship between man and the world, based on the definition of being and its forms, the interaction of the world and man, which affects its health and stability. To analyze this problem we used methods of statistical data analysis and macroeconomic modeling and forecasting, actively developed by representatives of the Club of Rome. The result of the study. Foreign experience of using creative digital technologies is analyzed, in particular on the example of Siemens in the conditions of COVID-19 and its positive experience is shown.
