Abstract
17,21,25の各日令の雌ラットを用いて,3H-エストラジオール(3H-E)1μCi(1頭当りおよび体重50g当り)を皮下注射し,1時間後の子宮,下垂体,視床下部および血清の放射活性の変化を観察した。1.子宮では,組織重量当りの取り込みが17～21日令にかけて減少し,25日令では体重換算で3H-Eを投与した時は組織1個当りおよび重量当りの取り込みがともに増加した。2.下垂体では,各日令とも組織重量当りの取り込みは視床下部より多く,子宮と同一水準の取り込みを示した。下垂体の1個当りの取り込みは日令が進むにつれて増加したが,組織重量当りでは増加はみられなかった。3.視床下部では3H-E体重換算投与の場合17～21日令にかけてわずかに増加した。4.血清の放射活性は,17日令で高い値を示し,21,25日令では17日令の約1/10の値に減少した。
