Abstract
A study is made on a recent model for a possible mechanism for rising total cross section, as due to the hadronic structure (parton model), on a nonlocal field theory approach of CP - violating kaon decay, and on calculation of velocity dependence of the decay lifetime for a test of a possible violation of Lorentz invariance. The results suggest the presence of a new domain of physics with the scale length of 10/sup -16/ cm., namely the universal length. (LBS)
