Forman is Founder and President of Sage Learning Systems. He has spent 25 years in the training and learning industry and has worked closely in designing, developing, and implementing interactive learning systems for 40 of the Fortune 100 companies. David has recently completed a new global learning system for the Society for Human Resource Management in support of its new GPHR certification. In addition to consulting and development projects, David has authored more than 30 books and articles on training, evaluation, instructional design, and return on investment, and has presented at major industry conferences and seminars, both in the United States and abroad.
