Pallesen MA peter.pallesen@verizon.net Peter J. Pallesen, MA, is a Technical Trainer for Northrop Grumman's Information Technology sector. He has leveraged his extensive business and management background into a career providing just the right kind of performance improvement interventions at just the right time. He has developed and delivered various technical and soft skills trainings, including a team leaders' workshop for supervisors and managers and a basic computer skills course for non-computer-literate employees required to use a computer to interface with an enterprise software system. He currently is supporting an enterprisewide human resources software implementation for a large federal agency for more than 178,000 employees. Pete has his MA degree in Human Performance Systems and a graduate certificate in Instructional Systems Design from Marymount University. He has experience in working with training databases supporting several enterprisewide software implementations. His specialty is designing user job aids and tutorials. He has written several articles in training publications and authored several chapters in an International Society for Performance Improvement-published graduate-level instructions systems development textbook.Search for more papers by this author Peter J.
