Abstract

The conversion coefficient of the 212 keV 3/2+-1/2+ transition in the odd neutron nucleus 121Te has been determined by e-e coincidence measurements, giving αK=0.0768(17), and the total particle parameter, B2K = -0.22 (11), by e-e and e-γ directional correlations. These values give the multipole mixing ratio δ(E2/M1) = -0.226(8) and little or no anomalous M1 conversion, λ = -0.7 (17). The λ-value is compared with a theoretical estimate.
