Abstract
Abstract Thermal conductivity determinations made on water in a guarded hot-plate apparatus over the range 24° to 48°c for two sample thicknesses are in agreement with earlier work. They fail to confirm the departure from the smooth curve, reported by Frontas 'ev as occurring at about 35°c.
