Abstract

The textbook for pedagogical higher education institution - one of means of constructive training. A content of the textbook defines the base functionality of the learning and skills development of pedagogical competences. In the article, the author proposes to consider the working idea of constructive textbook. The difference of the traditional textbook, he sees in the contents of organizational component. The article provides a brief analysis of the problems of the development of training manuals in pedagogical universities; basic blocks and avenues of constructive training program aims to not only acquire professional development, but also know-ledge; conditions for the formation of constructivist teachers and core competence. The article has a scientific value because it contains a synthesis of the author, scientific novelty and conclusions aimed at uncovering the problems of formation and development of teachers by means of modern constructivist-constructive textbook, which are considered from the point of view of democratic theory of constructivism in pedagogical education.
