Abstract

Teachers turn to design the method to solve different didactic problems. The method projects the expected notion of "project", its focus on results, which can be obtained by the solution of this or that practically or theoretically significant problem. The result of the project activity should be such that it could be seen, comprehended, applied in practice. To achieve this result, it is necessary to teach pupils or students to think independently, to find and solve problems, involving for this purpose of interdisciplinary knowledge, ability to predict results and possible consequences of different solutions, the ability to establish a causal link. Method of projects is always focused on independent activity of students individual, pair, group, which students will complete within a certain period of time. This method is organically combined with group (collaborative or cooperative learning) methods. The teacher can suggest sources of information, and can simply send a thought of the disciples in the right direction for independent research. But students must independently and in a collaborative effort to solve the problem by applying the necessary knowledge, sometimes from different areas, get real and tangible results. All work on the problem, thus, becomes the footprints of project activities.
