Abstract
The National Chung Cheng Medical College was founded in theanti-Japanese war period. the medical college brought up a lot of excellent medical professionals and played a significant role in the medical history and the history of medical educationin China even though suffering flames of war raging everywhere, destitute and homeless life in the most of time in the short life of 13 years.In order to provide important reference, enlightenment and guidance function for promoting current medical education reform in China, the historical experience of cultivating talents personnel would be condensed and refinedby analyzing the talents cultivation targets, student resource status, educational system, curriculum system, teaching staff, teaching strategies and methods, assessment and evaluation, practical activity and etc. in the medical college.
