Abstract

The medical education reform in China mainly focuses on curriculum reform,the core of which is to transform traditional didactic teaching,develop students' various abilities,and make students responsible for their own learning.PBL is a hot topic in curriculum reform,but due to the limitation of resources it is difficult to be used widely among the huge number of medical students in China.TBL combines the advantages of traditional teaching and PBL,and overcomes the weaknesses of the two teaching methods.Therefore,promoting TBL in the medical schools of China has very realistic significance,which will further deepen the reform of medical education in China.
