Abstract
Small and medium-sized enterprise’s development need to optimize the system of enterprise’s logistics. A joint optimization model based on enterprise inventory control and transportation rationalization is designed, and the model is optimized by the model of logistics system. Effectively balance the various functional elements of the enterprise logistics. Because there is phenomenon “benefit is carried inside out†exist in logistics system. This article use reverse thinking synthetically designed the joint optimization model of supply chain cooperation.
