Abstract

The subject matter of the article is the processes of collecting, processing and analyzing information on recruiting personnel in a recruiting company. The goal is to reduce the time and make the collection and procession of information while recruiting convenient. The following tasks were solved in the article: the process of recruiting in the IT company was analyzed; the structure of the system was developed; basic system algorithms and its modules were developed. The following methods were used: data structuring, the methods of Internet data integration, object-oriented design methods, the technologies for searching candidates, technologies for working with the Yii framework. The following results were obtained: the features of using the recruitment technologies in IT companies are considered; the generalized algorithm for recruiting staff was developed; the main characteristics of modern recruitment technologies are analyzed. The tasks that are assigned to HR managers in IT companies are singled out. The recruiting process is considered and the tasks of a recruiter in the IT company are analyzed. Basing on the rules of data processing and configuration, the structure of the information system for supporting recruiting processes is constructed. Scenarios of the interaction of a user with the system are displayed on the use case diagram (in particular, the user page, access sharing, the page with candidate cards). The information in the database is constantly updated with the help of the social network Facebook. The main modes of the information support system for recruiting are considered. The efficiency of using the information support system was studied. Conclusions: the developed information support system for recruiting processes in the IT company enables saving all data on candidates in one place, creating the complete card of candidates and filtering current positions using the social network Facebook. Using the developed system greatly facilitated and increased the efficiency of the recruiter.
