Abstract
The earlier period excision and closure of burn wounds by artifical skin are very important to enhance survival in burn patients with large injuries,but up to the present,further progress is seriously impaired by our lack of a suitable skin substitute.Therefore,the successful development of a permanent skin substitute will have an enormous impact on both the acutely injured and those requiring extensive post bum reeonstruetion,the care of patients with serious burns.This article will overview the characteristic,usage,functional mechanism and look into the future for every kind of acellular allograft dermal substitute in clinical.
