Abstract
Objective To explore the quality of life among doctors in three level of first-class hospitals,and analyzing the influencing factors.Methods Simple random sampling were used in this study.258 doctors in three level of first-class hospitals from 4 differdent hospitals were investigeted by WHOQOL-BREF.Results The quality of life of the doctors was lower than the norm in phsical domain ( 14.14 ± 2.26/13.49 ± 2.24,P ＜ 0.05 ).The quality of life of the doctors was affect by job title,income and degree of satisfaction on their job.Conclusions The quality of life of the doctors is not so good.Inhance the degree of satisfaction and income of doctors could improve their quality of life.
