Abstract

Objective To probe into the positive effects of the improved vaginal douche method and individual nursing intervention on colpitis patients'self-efficacy,compliance behavior and curative effect.Methods A total of 500 patients with colpitis were randomly divided into two groups:experiment group(n=250)and control group(n=250).In the control group,vaginal suppository was adopted after the regular douching and the treatment course was 7 days.In the experiment group,the improved method of vaginal douching with ozone water was carried out with 5 days one course of treatment.Meanwhile,the systematic nursing intervention was put into effect with the application of Orem's self-care theory.The self-efficacy.compliance behavior and curative effect of the two groups were all compared and evaluated.Results The self-efficacy,compliance behavior and curative effect ofthe patients from the experiment group were increased dramatically(P<0.01).Conclusions The application of the improved vaginal douche method and individual nursing intervention to patients with colpitis not only can increase the patients'self-efficacy and improve their compliance behavior,but also shorten the course of treatment and promote the curative effect.
