Abstract

This research aims to participate in the personnel quality assurance. By different personal factors, including gender, level of education and work experience, and to study the relationship between attitude, intrinsic motivation, organizational personnel and to study factors affecting participation and to build predictive participation. The variables include attitude intrinsic motivation, organizational participation. The sample used in this research includes 86 personnel of Wat NongKor School under the Provincial Administration. Instrument used in this study were divided into five episodes by using frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, t test (t-test) analysis of variance, one-way ANOVA, correlation coefficient (coefficient of correlation) and coefficient regression (multiple regression analysis) The results showed that, Personal factors such as sex, education, and different working experience have no significance statistically different in participation. When consider the income, it shows the operational and the improvements are significantly different at the statistical level 05 and motivation within the job ensuring quality education. Organization is positively correlated with participation. The level of statistical significance 01 and motivation within job quality assurance and organizational variables predictive power of participation in the Personnel Quality Assurance has 62.60 percent motivated by internal quality assurance characteristics influence the quality of education the most. So the regression coefficient is equal to 63.
