This research aims to study, compare, find the relationship and factors that affect participation in the educational quality assurance of personnel and to create equations to predict the participation in the educational quality assurance and analyze the method to develop the participation in the educational quality assurance. The sample is personnel in The Armed Forces Academies Preparatory School (AFAPS) under The National Defense Studies Institute; Royal Thai Armed Forces number 162 was used in this research. The research tool is the questionnaire about taking part in the quality assurance that requested their opinion about participation in educational quality assurance. The questionnaire was divided into four parts: planning, operation, monitoring, and developing. The statistics used for data analysis were means, standard deviation, percentage, t-test, One-way Analysis of Variance (One-way ANOVA), Correlation of Pearson and multiple regression analysis. Analysis by t-test and analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA) found that participation in the educational quality assurance of personnel in AFAPS was moderate. When classified by gender, age, work experience, marital status and educational levels, there was no significant difference. Classified by rank, income per month and work status found that there was significant difference. In addition, the correlation coefficients of Pearson's correlation (Pearson Product Moment) was found that the rank from senior colonel, work status of management positions and attitude had a positive correlation significantly statistic with the educational quality assurance. Analysis of factors that affected to the participation in the educational quality assurance in AFAPS found the attitude, work status of general staff, rank of colonel above were variables that selected to the regression equation and could explain the variation of participation in educational quality assurance with a coefficient of determination of 0.191.
