Abstract

Objective To explore neurosurgery nurses in patients with craniocerebral injury implement comfortable nursing to raise the effect, the mode of clinical nursing quality promotes mental rehabilitation provided scientific basis. Methods A total of 120 patients with craniocerebral injury to patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each with 60 cases, two groups of patients were also given routine therapy and nursing, ordinary ward in implementing the observation group with comfortable nursing mode, implement a guide for eight weeks, two groups of comfortable nursing self-designed questionnaire, patient satisfaction/comfort self-evaluation two tables symptoms (SCL-90), neurologic deficits rating scale as evaluation tools, the comprehensive evaluation of clinical nursing role and effectiveness. Results Before treatment, the rating scale by statistical processing was no significant difference (P＞0.05 ).After treatment,the rating scales between the two groups were significant difference (P＜0.01).Conclusions Implementing comfortable nursing for the patients with craniocerebral injury could improve the quality of clinical nursing work, surgery for clinical nursing work, on the other hand, it could improve patients'mental state better, and could promote the good neurologic patients recover, it will be worth application in clinical surgery nursing.
