Abstract
The paper is devoted to the development of low-frequency digital meter magnetic properties of soft magnetic materials with computer registration. The aim of the paper is to study the magnetic properties of ferromagnetic materials by oscillographic method using a software package LabView. The paper describes the traditional methods of monitoring and measuring the magnetic properties of materials, and identifies their shortcomings. The experiment scheme includes the development of particular hardware and software measuring complex as well as implementing software that allows us to obtain the numerical values of the basic magnetization curve and carry out the assessment of losses on the reversal of ferromagnetic materials. The paper presents research results which allow defining the shape of the hysteresis loop saturation induction, coercive force, magnetic permeability, and frequency of magnetic reversal time prototype. The peculiarity of the proposed method is the study of experimentally obtained values of voltage on the measuring resistor and the measuring coil with simultaneous calculation of the magnetic properties of ferromagnetic materials. The obtained results of the study are characterized by high reliability, which largely determines their practical application.
