Abstract
The research of image quality estimation standard and the image quality change according to the network traffic load increase at IPTV multicasting service is necessary because the concern of IPTV(Internet Protocol TV) service become active recently. General quality indicators for imaging services should represent users' quality of experience. To do this, it should be represented the quality from the point of view of users. It should be developed the QoE measurements to represent the quality of users. Accordingly, we study an algorithm for how to be investigated QoE.
