Abstract

Interprofessional (IP) healthcare team members frequently encounter challenges that require them to seek help; yet we understand little about how team members enact such helping behaviours. Given that IP simulation mimics the complexities health care teams experience in clinical practice whilst attending to educational goals, our study seeks to explore helping behaviours in IP teams in an obstetrical simulation context.
