Abstract
Adolescent mental health is deeply influenced by family, school, and external support systems, yet many youth face significant gaps in care. Supportive families foster emotional resilience, while positive school environments and teacher-student relationships mitigate mental health challenges. However, insufficient school counselors and barriers to external mental health services leave many adolescents struggling alone. This paper underscores the need for collaborative partnerships among families, schools, and external services to create a comprehensive support network, ensuring no adolescent navigates mental health challenges in isolation.
