Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate the structure of strategic networks between occupational actors performing in two different legal environments. The sample of our study represents continuing and beginning phases of legal regulations. Thus, it is important to bring out how networks are configured by important strategic groups in two milieus which have different legal regulations. The method of measurement used in this study is social network analysis and 36 actors (18 actors from insurance industry and 18 actors from accountancy) were selected from academicians and governmental and professional actors existed in science or advisory committee of scientific congress of two professions constantly. The results show that dynamic legal regulation contributed the embeddedness of relationships in this area and strengthens the relationships between actors.
