Abstract
Heusler Alloys Heusler alloy Co2FeAl (CFA) thin films are prepared by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) technology on MgO(001) substrate. The structure, magnetic and transport properties are investigated systematically. With increasing the deposition temperature, both of the saturated magnetization and the intrinsic parameter of anomalous Hall effect are enhanced due to the improvement of crystal structure.
