Abstract

The Ninth Five-Year Plan and Year 2010 Development Plan Program for higher education in ethnic [nationality] institutes directly under the State Nationality Affairs Commission is formulated in light of the "Ninth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and Program for Long-Term Objectives for the Year 2010" and the actual condition of ethnic higher education in our country, and in accordance with the requirements set forth in the State Education Commission's "Circular Concerning the Work of Studying and Formulating a Nine-Year Plan and Year 2010 Development Program for Education."
