Abstract
The SRS program library consists of a collection of programs and other utilities to support data reduction and analysis by users of the Synchrotron Radiation Source at the Daresbury Laboratory. It covers four main areas of programmed facilities, file manipulation and programming aids, general spectroscopic data reduction, specialised packages for SR applications in infrared spectroscopy, fluorescence lifetime measurements, EXAFS analysis, topography, raytracing, and image processing, and databases of raw and processed SRS data. All the facilities are accessible through the country-wide SERC network.
