Party's strategic drive toward ongoing optimization and development of education is consistently actualized in The Fundamental Directions of General Education and Vocational School Reform. This crucial document makes special mention of role of science in practical implementation of large-scale measures that it outlines. As Konstantin U. Chernenko stressed, the reform creates conditions for conjunctive development of entire education system.1 This is certain to encourage kind of research that tends toward generalization.
