Abstract
Objective To explore the significance of holistic nursing in patients with coronary angiography by the CT, providing the basis for the clinical diagnosis work in the coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 94 cases with the coronary heart disease who were treated in the hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were recruited as the study objects.The patients were divided into the holistic nursing group (observation group) and the conventional nursing group(control group) according to the number table method, 47 cases in each group.The nursing quality was compared between the two groups, mainly on the scores of the nursing quality, the quality of coronary angiography by the CT, and the negative emotions before and after nursing. Results The comprehensive quality of nursing in nursing skills, nurses' attitude, ward management and health education of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05). The motility artifacts and the quality of coronary angiography of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05). The score of negative sentiment in the process of check and after the check in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Holistic nursing can effectively improve the heart rate and mental state of patients, improve the quality of CT coronary angiography, reduce the negative emotion of patients, and improve the quality of nursing work. It has the characteristics of being efficient, scientific, reasonable and convenient.It is of great significance to the clinical management of coronary heart disease and related nursing work.
