Abstract
We investigated the FESR in the framework of two «off mass shell» models: the Cheng-Dashen model and the Adler model; in order to calculate the low-energy part of this amplitudes, we have used the Pietarinen phase-shift analysis. We obtainedgA=1.239±0.04 and\(\sigma _{NN}^{\pi \pi } = (69 \pm 12)\)MeV.
