Abstract

The shelter is an important loading platform for electronic equipment system. itself has multi gradual change failure modes such as wear, fatigue, corrosion, aging and so on. The accelerated life test methods were introduce, and the The shelter failure mechanism was analyzed. Then we optimized the stress accelerated method. And environmental stress accelerated life test method and mechanical stress accelerated life test method were discussed in the application for the shelter. On this basis, considering account the various failure modes exsiting at the same time and associated with each other, an accelerated life test statistical analysis method under multi-stress-failure mode was put forward and the corresponding acceleration model was established. This model is more closer to the actual circumstances.
