Abstract

The e-business has played more and more important role in our social and economic activities, but the existing documents about the e-business have the tendency which emphasizes the technique and neglects the business theory. So the development of the e-business enterprise lacks the necessary guidance coming from the management theory. The service innovation is a kind of essential impetuses during the development of the e-business enterprise. The research about the nature of the e-business enterprise's service innovation has more profound meaning for China which has great population and economy scale. Therefore, this paper mainly studies the e-business enterprise's service innovation based on the four dimensions model of the service innovation, and provides theoretical instructions for the development of the e-business enterprise in China.
