Abstract
Management information system is the nervous system of the enterprise, and it's essential to every enterprise. Combined with the business environment of cross border e-commerce, and according to the different characteristics of cross border e-commerce which has different operation modes, this paper proposes reasonable and efficient management information system, and points out the unfavorable factors of the construction of the current cross border electronic commerce information system.
