Abstract
In recent years, with many cities limiting motorcycle-related regulations in China, Electric bicycles due to the inexpensive, easy to maneuver, energy saving and environmental protection, are used by people of all ages. Now, electric bicycles have become one of the main means of transport, back of electric bicycles as "child seat" to carry child travel commonplace, traffic accidents are also frequent.
