Abstract

The study aimed to reveal the satisfaction degree of Arabic language teachers with the experience of educational loss in Mafraq Governorate, and the impact of the variables of (gender، academic qualification, and number of years of experience). The descriptive survey method was used, and the study sample consisted of (197) male and female teachers from schools in the Northern Western Badia for the academic year 2022/2023 for the Arabic language subject. A questionnaire of (20) items was developed and distributed into two fields, and its validity and reliability were verified. The results indicated a moderate degree، and there were statistically significant differences with regard to the years of experience, and that there were no statistically significant differences with respect to gender and educational qualification. The study recommended allocating a portion of the grade allocated to the official subject to the supporting educational subject to give it greater importance.
