Abstract
In our country, all the conditions exist for workers of different nationalities to participate actively in the development of science, technology, and culture. Growth, assimilation, and mutual enrichment among the cultures of the socialist nations and nationalities have become routine in the intellectual life of the country. A major role in achieving this has been played by the Soviet school and, in particular, the Russian language, which the peoples of the Soviet Union have eagerly chosen as the language of international communication and cooperation.
