The Role of Youth in The Development of Rural Human Resources, Dolok Masihul District, Serdang Bedagai Regency

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this thesis research is: whether there is an influence on the role of the city visitor in the development of rural human resources in DolokMasihul District, North Sumatra. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of the role of youth in rural human resource development in Dolok Masihul District, Serdang Bedagai District. In this study, using a saturated sample of 95 people. The approach used is quantitative by processing the data obtained from the questionnaire after first being transformed into numerical data (numbers) using a Likert scale. The data is processed using SPSS 23.0 software. The analysis used is a simple linear analysis.From the results of determination coefficient is R2 = 0.741. This means that 74.1% of Human Resource Development in Rural Areas, Subdistricts, Districts, Fasting, Districts, and Different People are influenced by Youth. The results of the progress were also shown to have a positive effect on the role of young people on the development of rural human resource development by 0,000 more than tolerance of error α = 0.05. Likewise, the results of the coefficient table show that the financial impact has a significant influence between Human Resource Development in Rural Areas, Subdistricts, Community, Districts, and the Districts with Youth. Whereas the Test result is known that the value of t is 6.982. The regression coefficient value of 0.637 which has a positive direction indicates that increasing youth role will also increase rural resource development. Because the value of t arithmetic> t table, when the results of the coefficient of leadership show the count of 6.982 while the table of 1.6614 and significant significance of 0.000, so that the count of 6.982> ttable1.666 and significant 0.000 <0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which indicates the significance of the rural area.
