Abstract
Objective To explore the role of teaching assistant in standardized resident training in orthopaedics.Methods The experiences of teaching assistant,who took part in clinical work,teaching and management of standardized resident training in orthopaedics were summarized.Especially the organization and measures of teaching and management of resident training were analyzed.Results Teaching assistants can help to implement training and management of the standardized resident training in orthopedics department,to promote the overall quality of the clinical residents significantly,which has positive effect for the long-term development of standardized resident training.Conclusions Teaching assistant plays an important role in the training and management of standardized resident training.
