Abstract

In the continually evolving landscape of healthcare services, sustainable hospital supply chain management (SCM) has become a focal point in driving efficiency and improving patient care. This paper builds upon previous discussions about the critical roles of Hospital Infrastructure Development (HID) and Collaboration & Information Flow (CIF) in enhancing sustainable SCM. Herein, the significance of Forecasting and Planning Management (FPM) is examined as an essential component for sustainable SCM in the healthcare setting.
