Abstract
The reorientation of society to the third platform - the link between mobile and cloud computing, as well as social networks, big data analytics and the Internet of Things (IoT), as well as stages of information technology development: the formation of platforms for components of technology. The issues of introduction of digital technologies in all spheres of life are indicated and digital trends of economic and social development are highlighted. The role of e-commerce in the conditions of formation of the digital state and informatization of a society as an important component of development is noted.
