Abstract
This article explores the role of effective strategic management in schools in the teaching motivation of teachers in grades 5-11. The study found that creating a more motivating learning environment for teachers, a more stimulating learning environment for students and, finally, improving the quality of education is directly related to existing principles of strategic management. The article analyzes effective management measures based on teachers' responses, aimed at increasing pedagogical motivation and ensuring more active participation of students in the educational process.
