Abstract

On the basis of exact sciences – hydrodynamics, astronomy, geodesy and genetics, the history of the origin of the city of Bishkek is investigated. At the base of the city were streams, from ancient times cut by the force of Coriolis from south to north in rows from east to west during floods. This turned out to be enough to lay streets perpendicular to the canals, according to the chess grid, thanks to A.M. Fetisov, and turn into a city-park. His talent was noted by I.V. Mushketov in a report on the Vernensky earthquake of 1887, which was found in the archives of the University of North Carolina.
